Industry application classification
A grinder chiller is a device used to control the temperature during the grinding process. It cools the water to a certain temperature through a refrigeration system, and then delivers the chilled water to the grinding machine through a circulation system to reduce/control the temperature during the grinding process. Through this cycle process, the chiller can effectively control the temperature of the grinder, improve grinding efficiency and quality. At the same time, the temperature control system of the chiller can automatically adjust the operation of the refrigeration system according to the set temperature, maintaining stable temperature during the grinding process. The process of cooling the grinder by the chiller mainly includes the following steps:
1. The chiller cools the water to a certain temperature through a refrigeration system, and then delivers the cooling water to the grinder through a circulation system.
2. Cooling water circulates inside the grinder, taking away the heat generated during the grinding process, thereby reducing the temperature of the grinder.
3. The cooling water flows out through the outlet of the grinder, returns to the chiller for further cooling, and then is transported back to the grinder to form a cycle.
