Energy storage liquid cooling system is a cooling system used for cooling energy storage liquid. It is mainly used to transfer the heat generated by the motor to the energy storage liquid during the operation process of the new energy vehicle, and through the circulation of the cooling system, the heat to the outside world so as to maintain the temperature of the energy storage liquid in the appropriate range.
Cooling process:
1. Heat exchange: The energy storage liquid is heat-exchanged with the cooling medium (such as air or water) to transfer the heat generated by the motor to the cooling medium.
2. Circulation flow: The cooling medium flows in the circulation pipeline to take away the heat and distribute it to the external environment.
3. Temperature control: monitor the temperature of the energy storage liquid in real time through the temperature sensor and the control system, and adjust the flow rate and temperature of the cooling medium according to the need to ensure that the temperature of the energy storage liquid is within the set range.
