Industry application classification
1. Compressor:
Function: Compresses the refrigerant, providing power for the refrigeration system cycle, and is the heart of the refrigeration system.
Features: Can use vortex/piston/screw type; Quiet and stable operation, low noise and low vibration; Beautiful appearance, compact system design, space saving, easy installation and maintenance; High energy efficiency, saving energy consumption; High reliability and long-term reliable operation.
2. Condenser
Function: Freon exchanges heat with cooling water/air.
Features: The shell and tube condenser water system adopts a two flow or four flow pipeline design, fully utilizing the heat exchange capacity of each copper pipe; Using high-quality copper pipes with large diameter, high flow rate, and high heat dissipation coefficient; Use high-quality steel pipes over 5mm thick to ensure absolute pressure resistance. The V-shaped aluminum finned condenser has high heat transfer efficiency. Due to the disturbance of the fins on the fluid, the boundary layer continuously ruptures, resulting in a large heat transfer coefficient; Meanwhile, due to the thin and high thermal conductivity of the baffle fins, the finned tube heat exchanger can achieve high efficiency. The structure of finned tube heat exchanger is compact. Due to the extended secondary surface of finned tube heat exchanger, its specific surface area can reach 1000m/m ³. Reasonable structural design.
3. Evaporator
Function: Freon and chilled water exchange heat indirectly through copper pipes.
Features: Convenient oil return. The refrigerant evaporates inside the tube, and the flow rate inside the tube exceeds 4m/s, which can bring the lubricating oil back to the compressor; When the refrigerant is water, even if the evaporation temperature drops to around 0 ℃, there will be no icing phenomenon; The refrigerant does not have a free liquid surface during the vaporization process; Using a thermal expansion valve for liquid supply is simpler than using a float valve.
4. Expansion valve
Function: To lower the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant passing through.
Features: Compact structure, strong sealing, and adjustable superheat. MOP maximum operating pressure protection, not affected by condensation pressure, suitable for universal temperature sensing charging in different temperature environments. Laser welded stainless steel temperature sensing components: ensure optimal adjustment ability, stronger membrane life, and higher pressure resistance.
